SLC Gets A Boutique Hotel (Finally)

The Eat-A-Burger eyesore across from Gallivan Plaza was demolished today! The site is to be a mixed use 20-story development with a proposed 150-room boutique hotel above ground-floor retail. Construction should start sometime after Regent Street renovations are completed.
