Life in a Rural Town
I'm just returning from a four day trip to Green River, Utah for a Summer Summit with CUAC director Adam Bateman where I played at an alien themed party with Rob Loucks (DJ Orographic) of Bridge Club in Portland, met a lot of talented architects, artists and community activists. We learned about Epicenter's mission of sustainable cultural and community engagement in rural towns, enjoying presentations and doing some service projects, all while getting unplugged from the real world for a minute. It was a pretty amazing experience! Thanks to everyone at Epicenter for bringing us down. Hope to see you all very soon.
