Watch out RC Willey! A 310,000-square-foot IKEA store is scheduled to open in Draper, Utah this coming Spring. IKEA is recognized for its above-average compensation packages, especially for their part-time workers. Unlike Wal-Mart, all employees have access to health insurance and other employee benefits. Those who work more than 20 hours a week are considered full-time workers, which means the company pays a greater portion of their health insurance premiums.
